Refund policy

At Cross Culture, each piece is made to order with intention and care. This approach allows us to reduce waste and overproduction while maintaining quality standards.

Because items are produced specifically for you, we accept returns only in limited circumstances outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

  • Item arrives damaged

  • Item is defective

  • Item has a verified production error

If your item meets one of the above conditions, you may request a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Return Timeframe

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Packages lost in transit must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Requests submitted outside these timeframes may not be eligible for resolution.


Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Address errors provided at checkout

  • Customized or made-to-order variations

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Nothing in this policy overrides your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipment may require additional shipping fees.

Unclaimed packages that are returned to us may be restocked or responsibly handled at our discretion.
